We're getting married
Our story
Our story began in Johannesburg, rooted in friendship. That friendship has been the thread that has kept us connected through every chapter — through time, distance and life’s unexpected turns — and is the foundation on which we build everything that comes next.
A proposal among rose petals and candlelight in Santorini brought us here — to a new chapter on the shores of Mahé.
Thank you for making the journey to celebrate with us. We are so grateful to share this moment with the people who matter most to us.
With love,
Yastil & Meshkaya
Programme
Below is what you can expect across the weekend — from the wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday evening, to farewell drinks on Sunday afternoon.
Dress code
Formal / black tie optional
Ladies are warmly invited to wear a saree, lehenga, or formal evening wear. Gentlemen may wear a suit, sherwani, or formal attire. We kindly ask guests to avoid white and ivory as these shades clash with the decor palette of our day.
Getting there
Please ensure your travel documents are in order well before departure. Always verify with official sources.
No visa required for most nationalities. A free visitor's permit is issued on arrival, valid for up to 30 days.

Your presence is the greatest gift
The most meaningful gift you can give us is your presence as we begin this new chapter. Travelling to the Seychelles to share this weekend with us is already more than we could ever ask for.
If you would like to contribute something in our honour, a cash gift would be warmly received and put toward our home and future together. This is entirely optional — please do not feel any obligation whatsoever.
If you would like to make a contribution, bank transfer details are below. All currencies are welcome — please include your name as the reference so we know who to thank.
Please do not send gifts to the venue.
Find your way
Baie Lazare sits on the beautiful southwest coast of Mahé — about 35km from the airport along a scenic coastal road. Below you can see where the resort is in relation to the airport and the rest of the island.
Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) to Kempinski Seychelles Resort, Baie Lazare — approx. 35–40 minutes by road.
If you are making a holiday of it — and we strongly encourage you to — here are some of our favourite things to do on and around Mahé.
